Skills List

This is the super-awesome supercalifragilisticexpialidocious list of skills. Yes, I like Mary Poppins although I've only watched a half of it my whole life.

1. 鬼道: Kido

To use Kido, you must say the Kido type, the number, the name, and then the incantation. If there are no incantations, that's fine, but the incantation must be said when it is given. Otherwise, the effect will be halvened in the case of Hado, and there won't be any effect in the case of Bakudo.

According to the Mannerisms, all these can be said in English, Japanese, or romaji of Japanese. For example, Bakudo #9 can be said in three ways:


English: Way of Binding #9, Strike: Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!

Japanese: 縛道 #9, 撃: 自壊せよロンダニーニの黒犬! 一読し・焼き払い・自ら喉を掻き切るがいい!

Romaji 1: Bakudo #9, Geki: Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!

Romaji 2: Bakudo #9, Geki: 自壊せよロンダニーニの黒犬! 一読し・焼き払い・自ら喉を掻き切るがいい!



Either those three, or any mix of the three are fine. However, for the sake of simplicity, romaji or Japanese are HIGHLY recommended. For romaji, please don't do a complete approporiate romaji of the incantation because that's just too difficult to both read and write.

While these kido spells can be used in battle, you can just use them for the heck of using them in a conversation. Notice that PvP is too difficult to do, and that you can just use them however in conversations.

I realize that I haven't listed every single kido spell in the following list. I have only selected some for practical uses in battle. If you must use others, send a Report to me or bring it up in the next Captains' Meeting.

While it may be simple to save the kido list somewhere in your Favorites for quick reference of the incantations (yay for copy and paste!), you can memorize them and type them out during battles, too. Now, don't lie to me. I know that some of you have them memorized already. It's okay to be a Bleach nerd here: In fact, it may 'save your lives' during battle.

Seated Officers can only use up to #89. Lieutenants and Captains may use any.

You will notice that Konso is not listed anywhere here. That's because Konso is not really a battle-skill. All you have to do is state that you have performed Konso, conversation-style with the spirit that you're giving Konso to.

These spells are authentic, copied right from the Bleach series. Credits to Bleach Wiki:

A. 縛道: Bakudo (Way of Binding)

1. 塞: Sai (Restrain) - Doubles Hakuda attacks
Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
Power: 1
Incantation: None

4. 這縄: Hainawa (Crawling Rope) - Doubles Kido attacks
An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
Power: 2
Incantation: None

8. 斥: Seki (Repulse) - You remain alive, even if you don't give enough damage to a target. You can't use any other kido if you are using this.
Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.
Power: 10
Incantation: None

9. 撃: Geki (Strike) - Doubles Zanjutsu attacks
Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Power: 3
Incantation: Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!
OR: 自壊せよロンダニーニの黒犬!! 一読し・焼き払い・自ら喉を掻き切るがいい!

26. 曲光: Kyakko (Curving Light) - Same as #8, but you cast this on someone other than yourself. You CAN use other kido when using this.
Hides the target from sight, presumably by bending light.
Power: 10
Incantation: None

61. 六杖光牢: Rikujōkōrō (Six Rods Prison of Light) — Doubles Hoho skill
Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place.
Power: 3
Incantation: Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!
OR: 雷鳴の馬車 糸車の間隙 光もて此を六に別つ!

75. 五柱鉄貫: Gochūtekkan (Quintet of 1 kan Iron Pillars) — Doubles any 2 attacks
Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground.
Power: 5
Incantation: Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end.
OR: 鉄砂の壁、僧形の塔、灼鉄熒熒、湛然として終に音無し.

77. 天挺空羅: Tenteikūra (Heavenly Rickshaws in Silken Air) — When used in Communication Device or Hell Butterfly, there is no price/cost.
In addition to reciting the spell, the user must draw specific markings on their arms, which are animated by the spell to convey the messages. You must have Kido Ink to use the spell.
Power: 20
Incantation: Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts. Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line. Form a circle and fly though the heavens.
OR: 黒白の羅!二十二の橋梁 六十六の冠帯 足跡・遠雷・尖峰・回地・夜伏・雲海・蒼い隊列 太円に満ちて天を挺れはし.

81. 斷空: Danku (Splitting Void) - The target is protected from Hado, up to #89.
Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. Maybe one of your friends started to attack you (in this case you don't need any powers because then you would be playing around). Maybe you want to switch to the hollows' side. Who knows?
Power: 10
Incantation: None

99. Part 1. 禁: Kin (Seal) - Triples a kido attack.
Binds the arms of a target with spiritual fabric and iron shafts.
Power: 20
Incantation: None

99. Part 2. 卍禁: Bankin (Great Seal) - Doubles a kido attack, 5 damage, 10 damage
a. First Song: Covers a target from head to toe with spiritual fabric
b. Second Song: Stabs them with numerous metal blades
c. Final Song: Smashes them with an immense metal cube
* While not all three Songs have to be used, a Song cannot be used before the previous Song is used.

Power: 5, 7, 10
Incantation:
a. First song: Halting Fabric OR 初曲・止繃 OR Shokyoku: Shiryū.
b. Second song: Hundred Linked Bolts OR 弐曲・百連閂 OR Nikyoku: Hyakurensan
c. Final song: Great Seal of 10,000 Forbiddings OR 終曲・卍禁太封 OR Shūkyoku: Bankin Taihō
*Everything must be said. For example, if you are using the First Song in English, you must say 'First Song' before saying 'Halting Fabric'.



B. 破道: Hado (Way of Destruction)

1. 衝: Shō (Thrust) - 1 damage
Pushes the target away from the caster.
Power: 1
Incantation: None

4. 白雷: Byakurai (White Lightening) - 2 damage
A concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from the user's finger.
Power: 2
Incantation: None

31. 赤火砲: Shakkahō (Red Flame Cannon) - 3 damage
Fires a ball of red energy at a target.
Power: 3
Incantation: Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!
OR: 君臨者よ! 血雨の仮面·万象·羽ばたき·ヒトの名を冠す者よ! 焦熱と争乱、海隔て逆巻き南へと歩を進めよ!

33. 蒼火墜: Sōkatsui (Blue Fire, Crash Down) - 3 damage at two targets
Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to #31, but over a wider area and with more power.
Power: 4
Incantation: Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws.
OR: 君臨者よ!血肉の仮面·万象·羽ばたき·ヒトの名を冠する者よ!真理と節制、罪知らぬ夢の壁に僅かに爪を立てよ!

54. 廃炎: Haien (Abolishing Flames) — 4 damage
Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.
Power: 4
Incantations: None

63. 雷吼炮: Raikōhō (Thunder Roar Cannon) - 5 damage
Fires a massive wave of yellow energy at a target.
Power: 5
Incantation: Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle!
OR: 散在する獣の骨!尖塔・紅晶・鋼鉄の車輪 動けば風 止まれば空 槍打つ音色が虚城に満ちる!

73. 双蓮蒼火墜: Sōren Sōkatsui (Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down) — 6 damage
Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety. Labeled as #63 in the manga, so both #63 and #73 will be accepted for this spell.
Power: 10
Incantation: Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens.
OR: 君臨者よ!血肉の仮面・万象・羽ばたき・ヒトの名を冠す者よ!蒼火の壁に双蓮を刻む 大火の淵を遠天にて待つ.

88. 飛竜撃賊震天雷砲: Hiryugekizokushintenraiho (Flying Dragon-Striking Heaven-Shaking Thunder Cannon) - 10 damage
Fires a gigantic blast of spiritual energy resulting in an truly enormous explosion.
Power: 15
Incantaion: None

90. 黒棺: Kurohitsugi (Black Coffin) - 20 damage
Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.
Power: 20
Incantation: None


2. 歩法: Hoho

The Footwork Arts of a shinigami is vital, especially to the 2nd Division members. Again, English, Japanese, and romaji may be used when using the skills. Simply state the name.

Anyone may use these.

瞬歩: Shunpo (Flash Steps) - Doubles any attack
Power: 3

Solidification - Doubles Shunpo
Solidify the 霊子:Reishi (spirit particles) under your feet to remain suspended in the air, wherever you'd like.
Power: 7

3. 斬術: Zanjutsu

All you need is a 斬魄刀: Zanpakuto to use these Cutting Techniques. If you don't have a zanpakuto, that's... too bad...

Just state the name of the skill or follow the instructions listed below. You should know by now that Japanese, English, and Romaji are all accepted.

Seated Officers may use Shikai. Lieutenants may use Shikai, but also Bankai when your stat points are full. Captains may use any.

Plain Ol' Sword Swinging - 1 damage
Swing that zanpakuto like there's no tomorrow. You've hit something, completely by coincidence.
Power: 1


A. 始解: Shikai

a. Achieving Shikai - doubles one Shikai skill
You must achieve shikai before actually using any shikai skills.
Power: 10
Instructions: Command your zanpakuto, and then state the zanpakuto name.
Examples: Sting all enemies to death, Suzumebachi; Snap, Tobiume

b. Shikai Strike - 5 damage
Strike with your released zanpakuto. You should be a great deal stronger, whether or not your zanpakuto is now a sword, ashes, spear, etc.
Power: 5

c. Shikai Attack I - 15 damage
Use the attacking skill of your zanpakuto. This is for zanpakutos that are not step-by-step skilled.
Power: 10

d. Shikai Attack II - 3 damage, 5 damage, 10 damage
Use the step-by-step skills of your zanpakuto. This is for step-by-step skill type Zanpakutos.
Power: 2, 3, 4
Instructions: Say your First, Second and/or third Commands, whether they are Songs, Dances, etc. You don't have to use all.
Examples: First Dance: White Moon (3 damage); Next Dance: White Ripple (5 damage); Last Dance: White Sword (10 damage)

B. 卍解: Bankai

a. Achieving Bankai - Triples a Bankai skill
You must achieve bankai before actually using any bankai skills.
Power: 20
Instructions: Say 'Bankai', and then state the zanpakuto's bankai name.
Examples: Bankai: Hihiō Zabimaru; Bankai: Daiguren Hyorinmaru

b. Bankai Strike - 20 damage
With bankai, you more or less OWN your opponent. Even a small strike will give lots of damage.
Power: 10

c. Bankai Attack I - 100 damage
This is for zanpakutos whose skills aren't step-by-step skilled.
Power: 25

d. Bankai Attack II - 40 damage, 70 damage
This is for zanpakutos whose skills are step-by-step skilled.
Power: 10, 20
Instructions: Say your First and/or Second skills. You don't have to use all at once.
Examples: Ryūsenka; Sennen Hyōrō

e. Bankai Aid - Doubles Bankai skill
Bankai is so ridiculously powerful, and yet it just keeps on getting stronger.
Power: 10

4. 白打: Hakuda

Bankai may rule.. completely and utterly... and kido may obliterate anything, but don't forget about hand-to-hand combat. How can you even use Bankai and Kido when someone's kicking you 100 times in a row with flash steps? That would be horrible, and even worse, it will probably happen in the blink of an eye.

Anyone may use Shuriken and Kunai Attack. However, you must be in 2nd Division or Secret Mobility Stealth Force to use the rest, except Shunko. Only the Captain and Lieutenant of the 2nd Division may use Shunko.

To use these skills, simply state them. Jap, Eng, and romaji are all fine.

Shuriken Attack - 1 damage at all targets
It's time to kick some Bleach hollow butt, Naruto-style!
Power: 3

Kunai Attack - 2 damage at all targets
May the assassination begin.
Power: 6

Flying Roundhouse Kick - 3 damage at all targets
I know that the skill should be called 'flying roundhouse kicks', but what's the point? You've probably kicked them all in the blink of an eye.
Power: 9

Kido Jab - 6 damage
It may seem like an easy jab, but this punch, fiery with kido, only hits your vital points.
Power: 10

四楓院: Shihouin Kick - 10 damage
'Ever get kicked by Yoruichi? It hurts. A LOT. And slowly, you find difficulty moving.
Power: 15

四楓院: Shihouin Punch - 20 damage
Everybody wants to learn this move. After all, this one tackled Yammy down, bare-fisted.
Power: 20

Reflex Evasion - You remain alive, even if not enough damage is given. You cannot use any other Hakuda skill.
You avoided just in time. The ends of your hair are smoking from where they were burned off.
Power: 10

瞬閧: Shunko (Flash Cry) - Quadruples a Hakudo skill
A combination of kido and hakuda, it's time to kick some serious butt.
Power: 20
