Rules and Regulations: Reports
Reports
Let's get through these quickly. Although you think paperwork as a bore, you will see that they are rather simple, and the quicker we do them, the better. Let's start with that nice list back in Basic Information.
EVERY DIVISION MUST FILL THEM OUT. I'm saying this in concern of the 11th Division.
There are Weekly, Monthly, or Annual Reports. These are handed in to the Reports Room of each Division (or not, and directly to the next stage). Then these Reports must be delivered to the Reports Room of the 9th Division building in an organized, Microsoft Word or .pdf files, on the Saturday of every week, the 12th of every month, or January 12th of every year.
Random reports can be made by anyone to anyone, at any division or rank.
The Weekly Reports include:
A. Sign-In Report
B. Missions Report
C. Training Report
D. Ongoing Report
E. Shopkeeping Report
The Monthly Reports include:
A. Sign-In Report
B. Budget Report
C. Ongoing Report
The Annual Reports include:
A. Sign-In Report
B. Budget Report
C. Ongoing Report
Random Reports include
A. Ongoing Report
B. Uh... any sort of Report?
Reports are filled out by the officers in charge. The officers in charge may be a ranked officer or anyone that the captain may decide to leave it to. The Captain or lieutenant, as specified, must read over the final copies and 'stamp it' to approve of its information and quality. An example of the report can be found in each Division building.
Deadlines (Sundays, the 13th, etc.) MUST BE MET. Should the deadlines be late, I may look poorly on your salary or even your budget. Plus, you will the one that all the officers hate because their stat points are not updated in time. The thought of mutany enough should be enough for the Captains to do the paperwork themselves, or really force a lower-rank to do it.
I suggest you guys keep these tidy in Microsoft Word formats or .pdf so that they can be passed around easily.
Anyway, on with the reports!
1. Sign-In Report
All sign-Ins must be recorded in the following Sign-In Report as a part of your Weekly Reports.
You may choose to fill out 7 reports for each day of the day and then add it up in a separate conclusive report or skip right to the conclusive Sign-In Report.
Officer in Charge: (An) officer(s) may be assigned to fill it out.
Sign-In Report
Division:
Officer in Charge (the person keeping track of the reports: name and rank):
Officers: Make a list of all members of your division here, as well as their ranks. Next to each name, write the number of lates of Absences.
E.g. Ken Yusana, Captain and Commander-General - 3 lates

2. Budget Report
This is to be a part of the Monthly Reports and the Annual Reports.
Each division must keep track of the budget that each is given. Wages are going out. Expenses are spent on missions and reports. You better get a good officer to keep track of the budget.
Officer in Charge: (An) officer(s) that the Captain or lieutenant may choose. The lieutenant must make the final copy and check over, however.
IF ANY OF YOU STUDY OR IS 'ONE WITH' BUSINESS, THEN AN ACTUAL BUDGET REPORT IS ACCEPTED. However, there is a much easier format that can be followed.
Budget Report
Division:
Officer(s) in Charge:
Criteria: A. Given Budget (There is a budget list for Divisions)
B. Missions (these depend on the number and types of missions. Just estimate the costs depending on the Budget List)
- Communications
- Kido Corps (this is paid to them when they open gateways to the human world or use spirit barriers)
- Damage (to buildings, to human world repair)
C. Divisional Expenses (refer to Budget List)
D. Entertainment
- (Go crazy here. You can write 'parties' or 'seminars' or whatever...)
E. Salaries
F. Total Expenses
G. Total Balance Remaining
e.g. B. Missions
- Communications = 700,000

3. The Missions Report
This is to be a part of the Weekly Reports.
This nifty little report has to be filled out everytime a mission is complete by the shinigami who did it, or the leader of the group of shinigami who finished it. It follows a simple format:
Missions Report
Division Number:
Mission Number:
Officers involved in Mission (name and rank):
Are you Rescue/Medicine unit?: YES NO
Are you Support unit?: YES NO
Success of the Mission: YES NO
Events of the Mission: (in the case that you succeeded, you may write down all the steps taken. Just copy and paste from the forum walls. If you have failed and had to have a Rescue unit sent, then just leave it blank)
Lieutenant Signature:
Captain Signature:
Officer in Charge: The (leading) officer in the mission. However, the Lieutenant must look over it and draft a final copy.
4. Ongoing Report
This is to be handed in as a part of the Weekly Reports, the Monthly Reports, and the Annual Reports.
Sometimes, things just happen. You may have too may men wounded (did I mention that it takes 2 days to heal an officer?), and you will need help. At times, you may need to request to burrow officers from different divisions. Perhaps you would like to propose a massive Company picnic to the human world for some of those sweet training points at the Fuurin Community Center. Maybe you want to switch ranks, switch Divisions, or ask for promotions or a raise. All you have to do is fill out this Ongoing Report.
The Ongoing Report is crucial, also, because the recipient has to store the Ongiong Report into the Division's Reports Room. At the end of the week, the lieutenant will be the one checking it over.
Officer(s) in Charge: Whoever, to whomever.

5. Training Report
This is to be a part of the Weekly Reports.
Each Division is entitled to a section of the two worlds where Training takes place. All that has to be done by the members of a Division is to write down the name, rank, and division of the officers in the order of Divisions. Adding to that, the number of points the respective people have earned also must be written down.
Officer(s) in Charge: Any officer(s) that the Captain designates
The accuracy of the report has to be ensured by the captain, who has to check over them.
