Remember those crazy ninja-assassins from 2nd Division? Well, here they are: This is the official club. Again, you're looking at the exclusive branch of Soul Society that is technically not a part of Gotei 13, but is in this RPG for the sake of simplicity.

You can join the Secret Forces, as long as you are able to handle the power chart. Enough said. The 2nd Division Captain, for example, could join this Division as the 5th Seat. However, a shinigami may also sign up for the Forces without signing up for a division of the Gotei 13. But there are some limits to the ranks, which are very important: See below for the rank rules.

1. Power Chart

The members of the Mobility Force need the following to make 1 power:

攻撃力: Offensive Powers: 5
防御力: Defensive Powers: 0
機動力: Mobility: 45
鬼道・霊圧: Kidou and Reiatsu: Demon Arts and Spiritual Pressure:0
知力: Intelligence: 0
体力: Body Power: 0

I would have made the Mobility points 50, but the Offensive Powers looked strangely empty, so I changed my mind.

2. Stat Points

If you already have an occupation in the Gotei 13, your stat points are the stat points listed for that occupation. This division, therefore, becomes a secondary division that you belong in. Therefore, you simply follow the power chart of the Force in the Human World, while following the power chart of your gotei 13 occupation in Soul Society. HOWEVER, if you are in 1-5th Seats in the 2nd Division, you may choose to use the power chart for the 2nd Division for both Soul Society and Human World, as the Secret Mobility Stealth Force is more or less merged with the 2nd Division (refer to Ranks below).

You cannot belong to two secondary divisions.

However, if you do not have an occupation in the Gotei 13, the Mobility Force becomes your main division, and so you start out with the following stat points, regardless of the rank:

攻撃力: Offensive Powers: 80
防御力: Defensive Powers: 0
機動力: Mobility: 150
鬼道・霊圧: Kidou and Reiatsu: Demon Arts and Spiritual Pressure:0
知力: Intelligence: 0
体力: Body Power: 50

3. Uniform Code

The title '隠密機動: Secret Mobility Stealth Force' must be added just below your Gotei 13 occupation, or if you don't have a Gotei 13 occupation, then you should add it as your main rank and title. Just make sure to add the rank to the title, so that it is '隠密機動: Secret Mobility Stealth Force, 9th Seat' or '隠密機動: Secret Mobility Stealth Force, 6th Seat', depending on your rank.

For examples regarding the uniform code of the 1st to 5th Seats of the 2nd Division, refer to the Ranks section below. This is important!

4. Skills

There have been skills not mentioned in the Skills List that belong to the Secret Mobility Stealth Force. There is specifically one skill available, aside from the skills outlined in the Skills List.


A. Concealed Blades - Damage of 5 times the number of enemies available, to one target
There are blades concealed all over your body. You may want to take some out of your mouth, though.

5. Ranks

Ranks from 1st to the 5th Seats hold the title of Captain in the 5 seperate sections of the Force. Did you know that the Secret Force is divided into 5 sections? The sections are:



Though their functions may be nothing at all or designated by the 2nd Division Captain, these are the sections available.

The 2nd Division Captain is addressed as the '総司令官:General Administrator Commander of the Special Forces' in the Special Forces, and also holds the title of Corps Commander (Captain) of a section of the Special Forces. Seats 2 to 5 hold the titles of Corps Commander (Captain) in the 4 other sections. These sections may be specified by the 2nd Division Captain or just requested at the creation of your character.

The Uniform Code, therefore, is very specific for the 1st to 5th Seats. The titles '隠密機動: Secret Mobility Stealth Force' must be listed under the Gotei 13 rank, and then followed by '軍団長: Corps Commander' underneath. Just make sure to put the section of the Force after. I feel the need to list the examples beneath:



The bolded are the lines that must be written as they are. The italics are the lines that can be switched between the 1-5th Seats. For example, the 5th Seat may lead the Executive Militia instead of the Lieutenant, and the Lieutenant may lead the Patrol Corps instead of the Captain.





Freedom is welcome to these titles. If you would rather have 'Reversal Counter Corps Commander' instead of 'Corps Commander of the Reversal Counter Corps' or something, you are welcome to do so.

6. Extra Information

The Division receives no budget of its own because Gotei 13 only gives budget to its own Division. However, we will assume that no expenses are required (?), or that they are sponsored by the Central 46. Still, however, wages are given to the ranks (why, I have no idea) to whom the Secret Forces is their main division (refer to the Rules and Regulations forums for the wages according to ranks).

THIS MEANS THAT THE SECRET MOBILITY STEALTH FORCE DOES NOT REQUIRE A BUDGET REPORT.
