You've seen the bosses. The assassins. The cops. The doctors. The magicians. The politicians. The tanks. The spies. Compared to them so far, you may be thinking that File Organization sounds like a librarian's job. Plus, what sort of sissy job is Elite Reponse, right?

Wrong. You guys are the Best.

The 9th Division is the most flexible of all the divisions, and the 'manager' of Gotei 13. It is also the fastest Division to be promoted in. This Division almost always takes on most of almost any kind of mission and manages the editing of all other Reports. Without this Division, Gotei 13 (and this RPG) would fall apart into nothing. In other words, there are no limits or standards that you have to confine yourself in. Who cares about being political, balanced, or smart, when you can be all of them at once?

9th Division is for you, the ambitious soul, who knows what it takes to be the best, and what it takes to do that fast.

4. Divisional Duties

A. Paperwork Edition

On the 12th of every month, every Saturday, and every Jan. 12th, paperwork will arive to you by the bucketloads. All I ask is that you go through them, make sure that they are in proper format, and fix them up to look like proper paperwork. After that, you guys can hand them all into the 1st Division in organized files of Weekly, Monthly, or Annual Reports (Mail Boxes sound good right about now, huh?).

B. Missions

You guys are assigned and fit to do any sort of mission (except Assassination, medicine, and other specialized ones that you physically cannot do). It's up to the Captain to go wild and claim them all.
