8th Division

Special Intelligence and Organization Agency

The 8th Division is more or less the tactics and CIA of Gotei 13. The officers are all highly intelligent and are the only ones with access to the Central 46: Libraries with the exception of the 1st Division Captain. These officers are skilled in document organization as well as classified intelligence gathering. I could go on, but the rest is completely confidential to the agents of the 8th Division. However, do not think that they excel only in the mental respects of a shinigami's power. It is because their powers match their intelligence that they are in 8th Division, and let me tell you now: that's an awful lot of power.

8th Division members are highly intelligent and excel in tactical attacks. If you see officers taking down hollows with a few kido spells, a long wire, some duct tape, and without even using their zanpakutos, your safest bet is that they belong to the 8th Division.

4. Divisional Duties

A. Editors

With all your smarts, I could use some help. The 8th division officers are to check over all official documents, such as Rules and Regulations and entries in the Announce Boards, to let the Administrator know of spelling and grammar mistakes. Also, if there's inaccurate information spotted, the Admin should also be informed.

B. Intelligence Gathering

I'm not Japanese, nor do I own Japanese copies of Bleach. Therefore, the 8th Division members are free to do research for some terms, such as west gate in Japanese, etc. The RPG should look as 'authentic' to the Japanese series as well, and you can tell that the site is lacking Japanese for some proper Bleach terms.

The 8th Division can also suggest improvements to the RPG. All members may contribute to think of one solid idea, such as a new location or whatever, to bring to the next Captain's Meeting. It can be a new, simpler system for battling, or a more efficient way to do... anything, really. If there are other members with big ideas for editing the RPG, they should consult you first.
