1st Division

Supervision and Executive Command

The 1st Division members are the powerful bosses of Gotei 13. The Commander-General may be able to override any decisions, depending on the amount of agreement of disagreement (though none affect his executive power). The members work mainly in overseeing that all are going smoothly by checking reports, making inspections in various Divisions, and making commands where charge needs to be taken. 1st Division members should be able to perform the divisional work of all divisions flawlessly.

The best of the best are collected from all Divisions as Division members of 1st Division (whoa I said Division three times). In turn, due to their efficiency, many are invited to different Divisions.

In the series Bleach, the Captain also holds the position of Commander-General. However, in this RPG, the Commander-General is seperately the Administrator. Therefore, while the Captain and the Commander-General both belong to Division 1, they are two separate people. The Captain may be anyone, and does not hold the Commander-General's executive power. Therefore, all Captains are equal.


1. Captain

The Captain starts out with:

4. Divisional Work

A. All reports are taken to the Central 46 library

When the Reports arrive in the Reports room, they should be organized. On the 14th day of each month, the monthly reports, organized by Divisions, are shipped off to the Central 46 libraries by the Captain.

B. Sereitei Shopkeeping Reports

Sereitei Shopkeeping Reports are made/organized. Again, these Reports are sent to the 9th Division for editing and organization. When these are returned, they are stored in the Reports Room until the 14th, on which the Captain delivers them to the Central 46 libraries.

All 1st Division members need the following to make 1 power:

6. SPECIAL: How to get in

This is one division where you can't just sign up and hope to be a member of. To be a member (lieutenant or seated officer), you must:

- Read, understand, and be up-to-date with the INFORMATION category.
- be able to do divisional work of all divisions; you will be tested simply on this matter once you decide to join 1st division

If you are a successful, hardworking member, you will be invited in, even if you don't meet the conditions. You will be simply asked to learn them in a few weeks' time.

In other words, all you have to do is read through the INFORMATION category and know the rules and outlines well. You can look around other divisions' work to briefly understand how to do their divisional work.
